A healthy body is just as important as a healthy mind. Reality is I don't consider myself an exceptional athlete. I must rely on mental focuses and technique rather than sheer talent and physical strength. Through ChiRunning I have run ten marathons, over 12K miles and all of this Injury Free and to me this is success! Looking for a new challenge?
